Charcy Evers, Trend Analyst and Social Entrepreneur

CHARCY EVERS

Charcy Evers doesn't predict trends. She understands why they happen.

With 25+ years at the intersection of luxury fashion, cultural intelligence, and brand strategy, Charcy has built a career translating the signals most people miss into direction that moves businesses forward. As Senior Trend Strategist at Peclers Paris North America, she advised the C-suites of the world's most prestigious fashion and lifestyle brands. At Jil Sander and TSE, she turned brand vision into commercial results — managing marquee accounts at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and driving over $20 million in retail sales.

Today, Charcy works with corporate and nonprofit clients across fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle — bringing a rare combination of creative instinct and strategic rigor to brand positioning, trend forecasting, and cultural storytelling. Her work is built on a simple belief: that the best strategy doesn't just reflect culture, it anticipates it.

Her voice extends well beyond the boardroom. An on-air contributor for Bloomberg, Fox Business, NBC, and Yahoo Finance, and featured editorially in WWD, Marie Claire, and Business of Fashion, Charcy is a recognized industry expert and TEDx speaker who has advised the U.S. Trade Representative and delivered keynote addresses at international conferences including the ITC She Trades Global Summit in Liverpool.

She holds an MSc in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability from IENYC and a BA in English from the University of Maryland, College Park.
